Comment préparer

Cuire les œufs durant 6 minutes. Les rafraîchir à l’eau froide et les écaler.

Laver les radis et la roquette. Couper les radis en deux.

Réserver 5 cornichons pour la décoration. Trancher les autres en brunoise.

Garnir les tranches de pain de mayonnaise et de brunoise de cornichon. Disposer le roastbeef et une moitié d’œuf sur chaque tranche. Agrémenter de radis, de cornichons, de pignons de pin, de roquette et de fleurs séchées.
