1 Glas Schweizer Zucchetti mit Curry von HUGO

200 g griechischer Joghurt

½ Zitronensaft

1 EL Currypulver

Salz

Iberische Art

1 Glas Peperoni-Mix von Hugo Reitzel

100 g mini Peperoni-Perlen von Hugo Reitzel

2 EL Essig aus Jerez

1 EL Paprikapulver

10 gehackte Korianderblätter

Wie man Zubereitung

Das Baguette in Scheiben schneiden ½ cm dick. Mit etwas Olivenöl bestreichen. Auf jeder Seite 5 Minuten im Ofen anbraten. Auf die Seite legen.

Für die iberische Art: Peperoni in Stücke schneiden. Mini Peperoni-Perlen, Paprikapulver, Essig aus Jerez und Koriander hinzufügen. Abschmecken und mit Salz würzen.

Für die indische Art: Die Zucchetti in kleine Stücke schneiden. Zitronensaft zum Joghurt geben. Mit Salz und Currypulver abschmecken. Die Zucchetti in den gewürzten Joghurt tauchen.

Für die heimische Art: Die abgetropften Champignons in Streifen schneiden. Die Gurken in grosse Würfel schneiden. Das Grün der Frühlingszwiebeln hacken. Alles zusammenmischen.

Auf geröstete Baguette-Stücke anrichten.
