1Prise Muskatnuss

Den Mais aus der Dose abtropfen lassen und mit lauwarmem Wasser abspülen.

Die Maiskörner mit 2 dl Milch (0.5 dl für später aufheben) und die Hühnerbouillon in eine Pfanne geben.

Mit Muskatnuss, einer Prise Cayenne Pfeffer, etwas Pfeffer aus der Mühle und Salz würzen.

Während 10 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen und dann mixen, sieben und zu einer glatten Creme anrühren.

Davon 1/2 dl entnehmen und die restliche Milch beifügen.

Um eine luftige Masse zu erhalten, die Mischung Kurz vor dem Servieren mit dem Mixer schaumig schlagen.

Die Creme in kleinen Schälchen anrichten, die luftige Masse darauf verteilen und mit schräg geschnittenen Maiskölbchen dekorieren.
