625g Pizzaiola Hugo Reitzel Champignons

1250g gewürfelte Mutti-Tomaten

2Büschel Petersilie

375g Hugo Reitzel weisse Zwiebeln

125g gewürfelter Speck (geräuchert)

10Esslöffel Colavita Olivenöl

5dl Weisswein

Frische Basilikum- und Salbeiblätter

Salz und Pfeffer

Wie man Zubereitung

1. Die Hähnchen in 5 Stücke schneiden und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. 2. Das Olivenöl erhitzen und die Hähnchenteile anbraten, den gewürfelten Speck hinzufügen. Aus der Pfanne nehmen und in einen Tontopf geben. 3. Die Petersilie hacken. 4. Champignons und Zwiebeln im Bratensaft anbraten und mit Weißwein ablöschen. 5. Die Tomatenwürfel, die Petersilie und die Gewürze hinzufügen und mit etwas Wasser anfeuchten. 6. Im Backofen bei 150 Grad etwa 30 Minuten köcheln lassen. 7. Vor dem Servieren noch einmal nachwürzen. Mit Bratkartoffeln servieren.
