2EL fein gehackter Schnittlauch

370g Feta

Karottensalat in Essig von Hugo Reitzel

5EL Schweizer HUGO Mayonnaise

1Sauce French mit Kräutern von Hugo Reitzel

Salz, Pfeffer aus der Mühle

Kerbelblätter

Wie man Zubereitung

Feta mit der Crème Fraîche zu einer Paste vermischen

Essigurken abtropfen lassen und kleinhacken Balsamico-Creme, Salz und Pfeffer aus der Mühle hinzugeben und gut durchmischen.

Karottenstreifen mit der Mayonnaise, Salz und Pfeffer mischen.

Eine runde Ausstechform mit Rand in die Tellermitte stellen. Die Fetacreme in die Mitte geben.

Darüber die gehackten Gurken verteilen, schön glattstreichen, als nächste Schnicht die Karotten und Kerbelblätter auftragen und abschliessend mit der Pfeffermühle leicht pfeffern.
